Laura began her real estate career in 2002 on the stunning island of Maui, where she worked with high-profile clients, specializing in second homes and investment properties. Her ability to exceed the expectations of this discerning demographic—through skillfully structured deals and seamless closings—quickly earned her a reputation as a trusted expert. In 2006, her success led to her being recruited to sell on her first Five Star pre-construction project, paving the way for collaborations with some of the most prestigious resort companies worldwide. This experience also exposed her to the complexities of the international market and the needs of savvy foreign investors.
In 2020, Laura expanded her practice into the rapidly growing sector of Blockchain technology as it began gaining traction within real estate. She launched HeightZero Real Estate & Consulting, the first independent advisory firm focused exclusively on real estate in the Web3 space. Through this innovative firm, she provides consultative education and a unique resource for real estate owners and developers to navigate the world of Blockchain technology, helping them leverage and monetize digital assets.
